- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I went there with issues of a bad and painful out break of acne. Being of a darker skin, i am not too sure if they had any experience treating such skin types.I was treated by Chevonne Stewart and during the consultation I felt it more like a sales pitch of their laser equipment than an actual plan of how to treat my condition. When asked questions she seemed impatient and insensitive to my plight. I proceeded to try the laser treatment, which was extremely painful for me and left my skin looking blotched and uneven. Over the next few days when the pimples would open my skin started loosing its pigmentation and not regaining it back. Something that has never happened before. When raised this concern with her she seemed indifferent and told me we would have to start a treatment later for it. However the next time I went to see her to try get my skin evened out again she argued with me about putting on numbing cream for the laser even though she had suggested that we do this on the next procedure. She did eventually put but again I felt she was very insensitive to my plight. I left there feeling less confident about myself and even worse now with the loss of pigmentation on my forehead I feel less confident and have to try find someone to fix the damage she has caused on my face.
